Step-By-Step I-94 Request
Before You Start:
- To submit this request, you need to have stable access to the internet for approximately 15 minutes
- You will also need a copy of the passport you used to enter the US, another travel document (such as a refugee travel document)
If you are a community organization helping someone submit retrieve their I-94, please make sure you have a copy of their passport or travel document to submit. You should be able to view records of your travel history immediately after submitting the one page of required information, which should not take longer than 15 minutes to access. Good Luck!
- Go to this link and select View Travel History, which is circled below.
- Enter your first and last name, date of birth, passport number, and the country of Issuance. If you are a community organization helping someone to submit this request, you can find this information from a copy of the front page of their passport. Click on Next, which is circled below, to view your travel history.
Congratulations! You have now obtained your travel history from Customs and Border Protection!
