“Asian-American Votes Influenced Many Important Races”

According to exit polls in eight states by the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, Asian Americans came out in greater-than-ever numbers in Tuesday’s midterm elections. Their votes had significant effects on some of the country’s closest-watched races. The probable winners in the Virginia and New Jersey’s Senate battles, as well as several House races, owe much of their success to their Asian constituents.
