 Volunteers play an integral role in our programs by: Helping out on a regular basis
Staffing legal advice clinics for low-income and non-English-speaking Asian Americans
Assisting attorneys by researching legal issues and writing memos or monitoring trials
Translating for clients or translating materials into Asian languages
Providing basic office support and assistance
Lending a hand on specific projects
participating in AALDEF street fairs and outreach events
Helping to survey the voting choices of Asian American voters on primary and election days
Attending trials
